(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.196 dated 21.09.2022, registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
