Seeking directions to respondent No.3 to arrest respondent No.4 who has been declared as proclaimed person in the complaint case captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528, BNSS, 2023. 2.

Reply dated 17.11.2024 on behalf of State has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner. 3.

After going through the reply, counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous as the steps have already been taken by the State as the accused has been produced in Court as apparent from the reply so filed by the State. 4.
