After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that keeping in view Clause-X of the Letters Patent Appeal Act, 1894 under which the present appeal has been filed read with the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Ram Kishan Fauji vs. State of Haryana and others AIR 2017 SC 1535, present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to avail appropriate remedy before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. 2.
