The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.416, dated 16.08.2025 under Sections 21(b)/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.

This Court vide order dated 08.09.2025 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Charanjit Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
