Present petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed by petitioners, vide which they have prayed to issue directions to the respondents, not to harass them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a criminal case bearing FIR No.106 dated 07.06.2021 was registered against Hitesh Kumar and Kamal Singh Rawat, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Saha, District Ambala. Present petitioners are related to Hitesh Kumar. The local police officials on the pretext of finding the whereabouts of Hitesh Kumar, are repeatedly harassing the petitioners. Taking his submissions further, learned counsel submits that petitioners have severed relation with Hitesh Kumar, long ago. 3.
Insofar as the present petition is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer to direct respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 07.05.2025 annexed as Annexure P-4 moved by petitioners.
