Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer is made for quashing of impugned order dated 26.07.2023 (Annexure P-2), passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Mohali. 1.

Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant lis in case a direction is issued to the learned trial Court to decide his regular bail application, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court and move such application. 2.

Considering the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is allowed.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court on 09.11.2023, the date already fixed before the trial Court. In case, the petitioner moves any application for grant of regular bail, the learned trial Court shall make an endeavor to decide the same most expeditiously.
