(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.3 and 4 to withdraw wrong illegal notices dated 30.09.2024 (Annexure P-4) and 01.10.2024 (Annexure P-5) and similar notices issued to the petitioners.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their pleas before the concerned Authority, who has issued the notice dated 01.10.2024 (Annexure P-5). 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
