CWP-25342-2023 Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents for compliance of order dated 25.09.2023, Annexure P-9, of Tehsildar passed in compliance of direction of this Hon'ble Court for entering the mutation of exchange in terms of Resolution No.15 passed by the Gram Panchayat dated 05.06.2000, Annexure P-1, as per the provisions of Land Revenue Act, 1996 in the name of petitioners. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that though the petitioners have moved various representations before the authorities concerned but no action has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion.

CWP-25342 -2023(O&M) -2Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits, on instructions from Mr.Dinesh, Patwari, c/o BDPO Office, Sohna, District Gurugram, has stated that action has already been initiated and now the case is pending before BDPO. She has also submitted that proceedings would be completed within three months from today.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.
However, petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedy in case any cause of action accrues to them.
