(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 03.11.2009 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Gurgaon, order dated 09.10.2014 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, Gurgaon and order dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana.

1.1 A further prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the learned Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana to decide the Review Petition No.56/2024-25 (Annexure P-5) in ROR No.503 of 2015 titled as "Jagdish (Since Deceased) & Ors. vs. HIMANI GUPTA 2025.09.16 14:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners restrict their prayer as regards issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the learned Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana to decide the Review Petition No.56/2024-25 (Annexure P-5) in ROR No.503 of 2015 titled as "Jagdish (Since Deceased) & Ors. vs. M/s Spring Buildcon Pvt.
