(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 5.12.2016 (Annexure P-4) passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Balachaur vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed person in the criminal complaint No. 200/1 of 2013 titled 'Sukhdev Raj versus Rajinder @ Jindu and others'.

Vide order dated 28.11.2019, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court and on doing so, she was ordered to be released on bail subject to her furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 28.11.2019, the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court on 16.12.2019 and since then she has been regularly appearing.
