The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.07.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-2066-2018.

In compliance of the order dated 30.07.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-2066-2018, short reply by way of affidavit dated 09.01.2026 of Swapan Sharma (IPS), Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry. The same is taken on record.
