Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue appointment to the petitioner for the post of TGT Science (ROH cadre) as her name has been recommended by the third respondentCommission in General category (Women) being meritorious. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner has been considered ineligible as per report of the Joint Committee of Subject Experts, dated 04.11.2024. A copy of the order to that effect as well as the report has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner, who seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order. 3.
