(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No. 0053 dated 06.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Panjokhra, District Amabala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 10.09.2018 (Annexure P-2) effected in between the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 18.12.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, 29.01.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala, has submitted his report dated 29.01.2019 vide letter No. 183 dated 01.02.2019, duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, RISHU KATARIA 2019.05.13 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-75817-2018 -2Ambala, vide letter No. 3101 dated 01.02.2019. According to the report, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala, is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is with their free will and consent and without any pressure or coercion on either side.

In compliance of order dated 20.02.2019, the original receipts regarding deposit of costs of ` 15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.

Considering the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala dated 29.01.2019 and deposit of costs as well as the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No. 0053 dated 06.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, qua the petitioners only.
