The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent no.1 to take action against respondent no.2 for illegal withdrawal of funds. 2.

The petitioner is a member of Gymkhana Club, Hisar. He alleges illegal withdrawal and misappropriation of Club's funds by respondent no. 2 who was earlier manager of the Club. He preferred representation dated 10.07.2025 to respondent no. 1 seeking action against respondent no. 2. The respondent no. 2 despite being found guilty by the Club administration of embezzlement of fund and consequent order of reduction in salary continued to draw enhanced emoluments from the Club. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 produced copy of order dated 02.07.2024 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Hisar while exercising power of Appellate Authority. 4.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail remedies against the said order as permissible by law.
