Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a reply-cum-representation dated 17.10.2023, Annexure P-8, has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.
