Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.262 dated 08.10.2019 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mitu Ram submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. He has instructions to state that the petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case.
