(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground to allow the instant petition and the same is dismissed. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within one week from filing of such application while having due regard to the fact that the petitioner is alleged to be involved in a case of recovery of non-commercial quantity of contraband and is stated to be having a clean record.
