(ORAL) Prayer in this Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing of FIR No.106 dated 07.12.2017 registered Under Section 406/498-A IPC at Police Station Women, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising out of above-said FIR, as matter has been settled between the parties, in view of compromise dated 04.07.2022 and affidavit 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.
