The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.372 dated 13.12.2024, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, at Police Station DLF Phase III, Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation; she has handed over the laptop; and her custodial interrogation is no more required in this case. 3.
Reply by way of an affidavit of Sh.Vishal, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, EOW, Gurugram, has been filed by learned State counsel, the same is taken on record. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 08.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
