()* The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSS, 2023') for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 36 dated 25.02.2024 registered under Sections 22-B(ii) C, 61, 85 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Kosli, District Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely nominated in the present case. The charges stand framed on 21.08.2025 in the present case, still the trial is not proceeding further. Now the case is fixed for 15.01.2026 for the prosecution evidence.The present petitioner is in custody since 01 year and 07 months. The trial will take sufficient time to conclude and prayed for bail. 3.
