Learned State counsel has filed the status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Daljit Singh Virk, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Patran, District Patiala, (Punjab), on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 along with the Report of ASI Jaswinder Singh which demonstrates that the parties met each other and recorded their statement whereby, petitioner No. 1Amandeep Kaur has stated that she has no danger of any sort from anyone. 2.

In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed of. 3.
