Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 & 2 to transfer the investigation of the complaint pending with respondent No.3 to some senior officer as the officer already dealing with the inquiry matter is biased. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has also made a representation dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, but the same remained unattended till now.
