The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on 24.05.2019 and even on 17.12.2019. On 28.02.2024 the following order was passed : " Ms. Sweta, Advocate appearing for the appellant has informed the Court that Mr. Naveen Singh Panwar, Advocate earlier representing appellant has joined the office of Advocate General, Haryana and that she has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the appellant returnable 06.08.2024." 2.

As per the office report, the appellant stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on her behalf despite the matter being called twice. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
