Mr. Raman Kaplish, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Vikas Singh, Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 15.02.2016 vide which interim order was passed in terms of CWP No.1687 of 2015.

In the aforesaid writ petition, further proceedings on the charge-sheet issued to the employees of the Corporation were stayed till further order by the Court.

Reply by way of affidavit of the District Manager, Punjab State Co-operative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (Markfed), Mansa, in on record, in which after giving details of the proceedings initiated regarding causing of the loss, it is admitted that on 16.09.2015, there was interim stay granted by this Court. It is also stated that the petitioner has retired on 31.07.2021 and thereafter, an application under Sections 55, 56 of the Co-operative Societies Act, for arbitration was filed. It is further stated that no charge-sheet has been issued against the petitioner and the arbitration proceedings were initiated on account of the loss caused due to the violation of the norms fixed by the FCI.

In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Dismissed.
