Learned State counsel submits that after charges having been framed, 8 out of 21 prosecution witnesses, have already been examined and the other 3, who were not examined on the last date of hearing on the request of learned counsel for the accused, have now bound down for 25.09.2025, besides remaining also summoned for the said date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, realizing that the Court is not inclined, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
