Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0137 dated 06.08.2024, under Section 4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 and Sections 323, 354-A, 406, 498-A and 506 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Pinangwa District Nuh (Annexure P-1). 2.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
