'1) This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that respondents No.5 to 10 have installed a loud speaker indulging in noise pollution in village Raunta, Tehsil Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga. It is prayed that the respondents be directed to consider and take decision on the representation (Annexure P01) filed by the petitioners before Deputy Commissioner, Moga.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioners approach the respondents' authority, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the representation (Annexure P01) filed by the petitioners in accordance with law.
