VERSUS

D.S.Dheshi and others ........RESPONDENTS CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURINDER GUPTA

Present:

None for the petitioner.

Mr. Apoorv Garg, D.A.G., Haryana.

******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CM-5486-CII-2019 This is application to place on record Annexures P-12 to P15 filed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Application is allowed and documents (Annexures P-12 to P-15) are taken on record subject to all just exceptions. COCP-7106-2018 Learned State counsel submits that earlier contempt petition filed by the petitioner bearing COCP No. 2573 of 2013 was disposed of as having been rendered infrucutous. Instead of availing the other legal remedy available to him, he has filed this second contempt petition, which is not maintainable.

None has appeared for the petitioner. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Rule discharged.
