(b) Agreement to sell the aforesaid land dated 3.8.70 for Rs.6000/-. Advance received upto 3.8.1970 Rs.5700/- including the advance of agreement mentioned in sub para (a) above. The defendant No.1 delivered the possession of the aforesaid land to the plaintiff pursuant to this agreement. Sale Deed- was to be executed and registered on 5.10.70 on payment of Rs.300/- to the said defendant.
(c) That thereafter the defendant No. 1 Chhota Singh executed a saledeed dated 1.9.72 in favour of the plaintiff pursuant to the agreement of sale mentioned above but he refused to proceed with its registration. Stamp-Duty was paid by the plaintiff."
