***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J .(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial court and move an application for grant of regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within a week from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail in forenoon of the day, the trial court shall dispose of such application on the same day while considering the plea of the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on account of dispute regarding possession of property of which the wife of petitioner is legitimate owner, PANKAJ KAKKAR 2019.11.28 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
