***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing letter dated 08.02.2024 (Annexure P-8) and letter dated 14.02.2024 (Annexure P-11).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternate remedies in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
