(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 407 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for transfer of Complaint No. 324 of 2017 dated 06.11.2017 (Annexure P-1) titled as 'Charanjit Singh Vs. Payar Kaur', under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, from the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Sessions Division, Patiala.

Heard.

No ground exists for transferring the complaint (Annexure P-1), inasmuch as, the transferee Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the same.

Dismissed.
