The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for the issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct a fair investigation in FIR No.305 dated 27.04.2025 under Sections 3(5), 62, 109(1) 309(4) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Kundli, Sonepat, Haryana. 2.

The learned counsel for the State, at the very outset, submits that the petitioner, along with two co-accused, entered the liquor vend and fired at the salespersons working therein. The customers caught hold of the boy, who fired, and a scuffle took place. In the said scuffle, two of the boys ran away, whereas the third boy who happens to be the son of the petitioner was made to sit in the store. He suddenly got up from the store, ran into the bathroom, locked himself inside and hanged himself with the cloth tied on his face. The incident has been recorded in the cameras installed in the liquor shop. CRM-M-50352-2025 -2dated 23.04.2025 was registered. As regards the complaint made by the petitioner, he contends that the deceased committed suicide during the course of the occurrence for which no one can be held liable. Further, the deceased had criminal antecedents with 10 other cases registered against him.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed. 4.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
