NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this first petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 99 dated 18.07.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 354-D and 509 IPC and Section 66 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 (Section 376 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Dugri, Ludhiana. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as, the FIR (Annexure P-1) has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2023, passed in CRM-M-28174-2023. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
