Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking the relief as extended to the petitioner in LPA-688-2021 titled as 'State of Haryana and others Vs. Balwinder Singh and others', which has already been upheld upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.'

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No. 4531 of 2023 titled as 'State of Haryana and others Vs. Balwinder Singh and others', decided on 09.01.2024, this Court has also passed an order dated 13.03.2024 in CWP No. 2158-2020 - 'Ashish Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, wherein the directions have been given to the respondents-State to consider the claim of the eligible employees under the regularization policy as applicable to the petitioner, hence, the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms and conditions as passed in Ashish Sharma' case (Supra). 3.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that the claim of the petitioner will also be considered as per the directions given in Ashish Sharma' case (Supra) and an appropriate order will be passed within a period of two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for any relief, the same will be extended to him otherwise, due reasons will be mentioned in the speaking order for not accepting the claim of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage. 6.
