Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 3 & 4 for giving protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner as he is apprehending threats from respondents No. 5 to 12.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made a representation dated 25.11.2018 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Haryana, but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashish Sanghi, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
