(ORAL) Learned State counsel (on instructions from Inspector Hardev Singh) submits that the first cancellation report prepared by the police was submitted before the concerned Court on 01.6.2021, whereinafter matter was referred to for further investigation. Thereafter, on 01.12.2023, the second cancellation report was submitted by the police, which is pending adjudication before the concerned Court for 22.10.2024. Faced with this situation, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail all alternative remedies as available in law.
