(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.31 dated 15.03.2021 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25, 27, 30, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, District Pathankot. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
