H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh Kumar, states that since the petitioner has joined the investigation, he is not required for custodial interrogation by the local police. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.12.2019 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of following conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.:- i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation, as and when required, by the police; ii)that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any BANITA CHUGH 2020.01.31 15:46 I am the author of this document
