Mr. Kamal Narula, Advocate for the petitioner. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting-aside the orders dated 09.06.2022, 05.09.2022 and 29.10.2022, passed by the trial Court vide which non-bailable warrants as well as the proclamation were issued against the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has argued that on account of the non-availability of the surety bonds, the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court and he will appear before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today.

Mr. Navneet Singh, DAG, Punjab who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent - State and could not disputed the factual position.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed; the orders dated 09.06.2022, 05.09.2022 and 29.10.2022, are set-aside and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate within a period of 07 days from today. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today, the trial Court will release him on bail subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds. Disposed of.
