Counsel for the respondent gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, before learned trial court, on the next date fixed i.e. 15.11.2025. In view of the undertaking, so given, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the undertaking so given by his counsel today.
