***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside transfer order dated 13.09.2022 (Annexure P-3), whereby petitioner has been transferred from Sampla, Rohtak to Ellenabad, Sirsa and further for setting aside the letter/order dated 08.12.2022 (Annexure P-6), whereby all District Program Officers in the State have been directed to relieve all the Supervisors transferred vide transfer order dated 13.09.2020 (Annexure P-3) 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 15/16.09.2022 (Annexure P-5), but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, on the pending representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. ASHISH 2022.12.20 12:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel. 5.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the pending representation dated 15/16.09.2022 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law. 7.
