(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, prayer has been made for setting aside the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by the trial court whereby, charges have been framed against the petitioner under Sections 420, 120-B, 467 and 471 of IPC at P.S. City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas at the appropriate stage.
