This is an application for withdrawal of the main writ petition as the petitioner has been granted the relief prayed for in the writ petition and as such he does not wish to pursue the same. Notice of the application.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Neha Rana, Advocate for Mr. R.N. Lohan, Advocate has joined the session through video conferencing and accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that she has no objection if the main writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. CM allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel, the main case is taken on board today itself.
