Allegation against the petitioner - Inderjeet Singh @ Inderjit Singh @ Inderbir Singh @ Amb, is that he fired twice, thereby causing firearm injuries to the wife of the complainant, namely, Baljeet Kaur. It is further noticed that the injured and other eye-witnesses are yet to be examined.
