(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State informs that as per information given by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Pinangwan, election to the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat of Malhaka had been held on 09.02.2020 and Naseem son of Sahabudin has been elected as Sarpanch. Letter dated 08.03.2022 produced by the learned State counsel in this regard is taken on record as Annexure R-1. Since election has already taken place, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
