The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C./528 BNSS, 2023 is for transferring the investigation in FIR No.54 dated 10.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC, 1860, at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala to some higher officials.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned State counsel submits that three accused have been declared innocent whereas the main accused-Bhinder Singh has been arrested and is currently in custody.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
