The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.97 dated 23.12.2022, registered under Sections 307 and 34 IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on) at Police Station Khanuari, District Sangrur. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner and she is in custody for 1 year, 7 months and 8 days. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
