1.
A prayer for permission to amend the suit has been dismissed by the trial court. This revision petition has been filed challenging the correctness thereof. The trial Court has found that the amendment is not relevant for the decision of the case.
2.
Originally, late Smt.Amar Kaur filed a suit for specific performance of the agreement to sell with a consequential relief of permanent injunction. During the pendency of the suit, she died. Her children and grand children were brought on record as her legal representatives. Now, by the way of amendment, some of the legal representatives claim that Smt. Amar Kaur bequeathed the property in favour of her grandson, namely Sh.Arshdeep Singh son of Sh.Chanchal Singh to the exclusion of the others. Such dispute is not relevant for the decision of the suit for grant of specific performance.
