**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition is for setting aside an order dated 26.10.2018 (P10) passed by respondent No. 3 whereby resolution dated 28.08.2018 (P-9) has been set aside and the appeal filed by respondent No. 4 has been accepted. A bare perusal of impugned order shows that as per joint reply filed Members of the Managing Committee, as per PACS Employees Service Rules, there are 04 sanctioned post in the society and at present there are one Chowkidar Lakhu Ram and one peon is working in the Society and post of clerk and salesman is lying vacant and due to worst financial condition of the society, Managing committee of the society decided not to engage any employee on these vacant post any more.

However, keeping in view the fact that the nominee of the financial institution also attended the meeting and has given descending note that resolution should not be passed and Mahinder Singh Chauhan does not agree with the decision of the society, the resolution was rescinded and the appeal of respondent No. 4 was accepted.

The petitioner who is only a member of the Society and the appropriate authority to challenge the impugned order is Society itself. The present petition stands dismissed.
